Watched 2 movies today, on HBO (free preview!). "Lost in Translation" was quite mundane, almost fell asleep halfway through... Even Scarlet Johansson couldn't save the show. Then watched "Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow". The title sounds cheesy but it's actually pretty good. Lots of well-executed CGI and a very decent cast - the suave and surprisingly charismatic Jude Law, the gorgeous Gwyneth Paltrow, and the ever-so-sexy Angelina Jolie. There's a promotion on HBO so I think I'm gonna subscribe so that I can spend more time being a couch potato for the next month. There's LOTR: ROTK tomorrow! Yeah.
