Happy 2008!

A brand new year, lots to look forward to. Here's wishing everyone a great '08!

As requested by aj, here's the pic of him gracefully posing with the merlion at Sentosa.. Erm yeah, let's pretend he's ushering in the new year with an auspicious symbol.
And I went with jinny & aj to catch the fireworks at Marina yesterday, or technically, today. At the strike of midnight, we were greeted by 8 minutes of fireworks bonanza, heralding the beginning of another remarkable year (hopefully) for Singapore and Singaporeans. Well, this time I wasn't thinking too much, and it felt great being part of the massive crowd and experiencing the exhilarating atmosphere. But the GSS ("Great Singapore Squeeze") after that was insane, and for a moment, I thought I must be insane to be there. Well, hopefully the rest of 2008 would be just as colourful.
